Basic Support Policy
Free of charge for the first 6 months from the date of purchase, and then offered for annual renewal until End of Life is announced.
Basic Hardware Warranty Policy
The standard 12 month hardware warranty may be extended to 24 months from the date of purchase.
Return & Repair Policy
All Interphase products are repaired and re-tested at the Carrollton, Texas facility. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to returning any product to Interphase for repair, upgrade or exchange.
